• Certification and Debt Collection Office, through its Certification and Accounting of Expenses Department in the Certification and Debt Recovery Bureau, performs the tasks of the Management Board of the Wielkopolska Region as the Managing Authority acting as the Certifying Authority of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020 and the function of the Managing Authority performing tasks within accounting expenses under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027.
  The only head responsible for the tasks in the above-mentioned tasks is the Director of the Office.
• Debt Collection Department and Technical Assistance and Budget Payment Department, respectively: conduct cases related to the process of recovering receivables from beneficiaries of operational programmes, in the financial perspectives 2007-2013, 2014-2020, 2021-2027, cooperate in this respect with the Department of Regional Policy, Department for the European Social Fund Implementation, Department of Rural Development Programmes and Department for the European Social Fund Implementation and the Voivodship Labour Office; perform the tasks of the Management Board of the Wielkopolska Region acting as the Managing Authority of the WROP and the Managing Authority of the European Funds for Wielkopolska within Technical Assistance in relation to the financial perspectives 2014-2020 and 2021-2027.
  The only head responsible for the tasks in the above-mentioned tasks is the Deputy Director of the Office.
