The Department handles matters related to the implementation of tasks delegated by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture under the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023–2027.
It carries out the tasks entrusted to it by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development related to the implementation of investments under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. It monitors and exercises control over the proper implementation of programmes and the correct use of funds by beneficiaries.
